Om Arvind had last been seen leaving the 7200 block of Centreville Road in Manassas.
On Saturday, May 18, county police said he had been found dead, and no foul play was suspected.
In a statement shared to social media, Arvind's family said that a funeral service would not be held "in respect of Om's wishes."
